The hospital reception is manned between 8.30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday and between 9.00am and 11.30am on Saturday.

Contact the hospital team on 01638 577754 during office hours. Outside normal hours, cases can be referred into the hospital through the normal practice emergency service on 01638 663150, ensuring that 24 hour cover is provided. There is a veterinary surgeon on the premises 24 hours daily.
