Appointments booked on Zone Visit days are designed to complement our normal services. They encompass all routine examinations (e.g. vaccinations, teeth, bandage changes, x-rays, health checks, microchipping, etc.). By grouping call outs in the same area, our vets can work more efficiently and help you save on call-out fees. Our Annual Health Check Scheme offers further opportunities to make great savings in conjunction with the Zone Visit days.
Our normal call-out fees will apply for emergency call-outs, pre-purchase examinations, or more complex or prolonged investigations.
Please note that Zone Visit Day appointments cannot be booked with a specific vet. Should you require an appointment with a particular vet, these are still available and will incur a normal call out fee.

Booking a Visit
You can book an appointment for a Zone Visit by any of the following methods:

Please contact us before 12.00 noon the day before the visit is required. You can express a preference for a morning or afternoon appointment and we will do our best to accommodate your request, but the actual time of the visit will be confirmed by the practice in accordance with our workload in your region.
If you have booked via email or our online booking form, a member of our practice team will call you on the morning of the visit to confirm the time of your appointment.
Requests for Zone Visit appointments will be dealt with only between Monday and Friday during normal working hours (Newmarket and Hertfordshire), and on a Saturday morning between 8am and 12 noon (Newmarket only).
