Our Zone Visit days offer new and existing clients of our ambulatory practice a 50% reduction on our normal visit charges. Mark Grant and Paul Martynski are the primary veterinary surgeons responsible for carrying out appointments generated through the scheme, which complements our existing services. The area covered by our ambulatory practice has been separated into 3 regions and on one day per week a Rossdales veterinary surgeon will be in that region.
The 3 regions are:
TUESDAY : North - Ely, Brandon, Thetford
WEDNESDAY : Southwest - Cambridge, Saffron Waldon, Haverhill
THURSDAY : East - Bury St Edmunds
The scheme is designed to encompass all routine examinations (e.g. vaccinations, teeth, bandage changes, x-rays, health checks, microchipping, etc.). It is not available for emergency call-outs, pre-purchase examinations, or more complex or prolonged investigations, for which our standard call-out fees will apply. Please also see details of our Annual Health Check Scheme, which offers further opportunities to make great savings in conjunction with the Zone Visit days.
Booking a Visit
You can book an appointment for a zone visit by any of the following methods:
Telephone: 01638 663150
Online: appointment booking form
You can express a preference for a morning (8.00am-1.00pm) or afternoon (1.00pm-6.00pm) appointment and we will do our best to accommodate your request, but the actual time of the visit will be confirmed by the practice in accordance with our workload in your region. If you have booked via email or our online booking form, a member of our practice team will call you on the morning of the visit to confirm the time of your appointment.
Zone Visit Day appointments cannot be booked with a specific veterinary surgeon other than Mark Grant or Paul Martynski. Should you require an appointment with a particular clinician other than Mark or Paul, these are still available at the standard visit rate. Please note: Requests for Zone Visit appointments will be dealt with only between Monday and Friday during normal working hours, or on a Saturday morning between 8am and 12 noon.
