We’re very pleased that almost 80% of our invoices and statements are now sent out electronically. It’s the fast and environmentally friendly way to receive your invoices, and allows you to keep track of your invoices online. We’re considering how we can further improve our efficiency in working practices and would very much like to encourage even more of our clients to make the switch to paperless invoicing. Simply email email@example.com to confirm your email address, the name of the Rossdales Account Holder and your Account Reference (as printed on your invoice or statement) and we will arrange for you to receive future invoices and statements electronically.
We also encourage you to make use of the ‘Pay My Bill’ facility on our website (this link is to the web page for payment of Newmarket, Laboratory, or Lambourn accounts and there is a separate ‘Pay My Bill’ page for Hertfordshire clients). Alternatively, you can pay your invoice by BACS, using the bank details printed on our invoices and statements. Both of these methods offer the benefits of speed and efficiency for processing payments, for you and for our accounts team.
