Eleanor Kigozi joins Newmarket ambulatory team

We're pleased to welcome Eleanor Kigozi, who has joined our ambulatory team of vets in Newmarket.

Eleanor qualified as a vet from the University of Edinburgh in 2018 after obtaining a BSc in Genetics at The University of Nottingham. Following graduation, Eleanor went straight into a busy equine practice as an ambulatory vet in Hertfordshire where she worked for four and half years. She joined our Newmarket team in December.

Eleanor enjoys all aspects of ambulatory veterinary medicine, from routine vaccinations to poor performance and lameness evaluations. She has a special interest in equine dentistry and enjoys the challenge of complicated medicine cases.

Eleanor has ridden from a young age and enjoys bringing on young horses for eventing and showjumping. She also enjoys the odd pleasure ride with her veteran ex-event horse Norris, who she has owned for 16 years. Outside of horses, Eleanor loves to travel and keep fit.
