On Saturday morning we welcomed around 150 visitors to the Hospital and Diagnostic Centre, as one of the attractions that were open to the public during The Henry Cecil Open Weekend.
There were 10 tour groups of 15 visitors were shown around the hospital and diagnostic centre, with four insight talks of 15 minutes each given by Richard Payne (surgery), Amy Gent (MRI and CT), Charlotte Frost and Charly Rattley (medicine, cardiology and overground endoscopy) and Mike Shepherd (ambulatory – racing and stud).
There were some really fantastic questions and comments from our visitors and we thank everyone came along to see us – and, of course, special thanks to all of those members of our own wonderful team who gave their time to help make the morning such a success!
