Siwan is a member of our horses in training veterinary team in Newmarket.
She qualified from the University of Bristol in 2020 and during her studies, she completed two externships at Rossdales, respectively with our racing and stud teams in Newmarket, as well as spending time working at other large equine hospitals and studs.
After graduating, Siwan spent 15 months in equine ambulatory practice in West Wales before moving to Newmarket towards the end of 2021, when she spent some time at our Hospital and Diagnostic Centre before moving across to our sport and leisure horse team in Newmarket. She joined our horses in training team in July 2024.
Siwan particularly enjoys investigating and treating medicine cases in the field, and she also likes the challenges presented by lameness and orthopaedic cases.
When she’s not working, she’s still likely to be found outdoors, either riding, dog walking, walking, or running!
