Milly is a sport horse clinician at Rossdales Equine Diagnostic Centre, where she has a busy caseload, seeing a variety of horses across all disciplines.

She graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2015 and spent some time in first opinion equine practice in Surrey before joining our diagnostic centre team in June 2016. She worked initially as assistant to clinical director Andy Bathe before commencing our 2-year rotating internship in the hospital and diagnostic centre, which she completed in January 2019.

Milly, who has a particular interest in poor performance cases, then completed a three year residency programme in Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation, with Andy Bathe at the diagnostic centre, finishing in January 2022. She has continued to work as a member of our diagnostic centre clinical team since then and became a board-certified Diplomate in Equine Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation in March 2024 and an RCVS recognised Specialist in Equine Medicine (Sports Medicine) in 2025. She is also an FEI treating vet.

Outside of work, her interests include running and sailing and other team sports.
