The fee advised at the bottom of the results report is for your immediate information only and does not constitute an invoice. We are obliged to add VAT to all our services.

Our computer provides statements and detailed monthly invoices. Please pay on the total shown on the statement. Invoices are provided to give precise details to help you with your own accounting. We appreciate prompt settlement on a monthly basis. Very few of our colleagues in practice keep us waiting for payment. Our terms are 30 days net and we reserve the right to charge interest at 2.5 per cent per month on overdue accounts.

Clients from outside the UK must pay in sterling and may find it convenient to pay our bills by credit card. Please contact us for more details.

Prices
A current price list is available on request. This includes specially reduced 'profile' prices for both horses and small animals. Specially reduced 'batch' prices are offered for horse profiles performed on five or more horses at the same time. Individual profiles, based on disease/organ system profiles provide the most efficient and cost effective means of using our laboratory facilities. Full details can be found in our price list.
