Accounts and Pricing
Our Accounts Department provides computerised statements and detailed monthly invoices. Invoices are provided to give precise details to help you with your own accounting. We are obliged to add VAT to all our services. Please make payment on the total shown on the statement.
We appreciate prompt settlement on a monthly basis and very few of our colleagues in practice keep us waiting for payment. Our terms are 30 days net and we reserve the right to charge interest at 1.4 per cent per month on overdue accounts.
Clients from outside the UK may pay either in sterling or in euros (the euro equivalent is printed on our remittance advice printout) or may find it more convenient to pay our bills by credit card. Please contact our accounts department for more details about credit card payments.

Beaufort Cottage Laboratories – Price List
A printed copy of our current price list is available on request. This includes specially reduced 'profile' prices for both horses and small animals. Specially reduced 'batch' prices are offered for horse profiles performed on five or more horses at the same time. Individual profiles, based on disease/organ system profiles provide the most efficient and cost effective means of using our laboratory facilities. Full details can be found in our price list.
