The partnership is pleased to announce that it will welcome the opportunity to give second opinions on appropriate material supplied by electronic mail. The practice has a group of clinicians who are prepared to interpret and report electronically on radiographic, ultrasonographic and endoscopic images. In addition, accurately labelled electrocardiographic print-outs and even photographs of clinical material can be sent for an opinion or advice. The laboratory team will also be prepared to give second opinions on histological or cytological material.

In each case an accurate, succinct case history should be provided. Veterinary surgeons should be aware that it may not be possible to provide interpretation of suboptimal images. It is preferable to use digital images where possible.
