The Hospital is conveniently approached from the main A14 Newmarket by-pass, turning off at the A142 Ely and Newmarket junction. Turn off the slip roads in the direction of Ely. Light traffic can turn left after 100 yards along Windmill Hill (sign posted Exning) into the village of Exning. Please would horseboxes and other heavy traffic continue along the A142 for 1.5 miles and turn left at the Turners cold store corner (sign posted Landwade) to avoid increasing traffic in the village of Exning, particularly at the difficult war memorial cross roads junction.

At night, the main Hospital gates will be locked and clients bringing in emergency cases will require a security number for the electronic key pad to open the gates on arrival. This will be given by telephone when the admission is accepted. The security number will change regularly.
